Ordering & payment

• Orders placed via our website are subject to product availability and payment authorization.

• We accept: major credit/debit cards, local payment gateways, and cash on delivery where indicated. Payment information is processed by our payment partner; we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

 

Pricing & taxes

• Prices shown are in AED (or the currency selected) and include any applicable UAE taxes where required. Shipping fees shown at checkout are additional.

Shipping & delivery

• We deliver within the UAE. Typical dispatch: 1–3 business days (subject to stock & confirmation). Delivery partners and shipping ETA are shown at checkout.

• If an item is damaged or lost in transit report to customers@siriusbooks.ae within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns & refunds (books and other items)

• Non-faulty, unopened items: return within 7 days for exchange or refund (customer pays return shipping unless otherwise stated).

• Faulty, defective, or misdescribed items: notify us within 14 days; we will arrange collection and provide refund/replacement at our cost.

• Digital items (e-books, downloads): non-refundable after download/access, except where required by law.

 

Cancellations

• You may cancel an order before we dispatch it by emailing customers@siriusbooks.ae. Once dispatched, cancellation follows our returns policy.

Intellectual property & content use

• All website content (text, images, designs) is owned by Sirius Books or used with permission. Personal use is allowed; commercial reuse is prohibited without consent.
